Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk said the 2-1 win over West Ham United brought his team closer to winning the English Premier League title, which he called "all our dreams".
Van Dijk was the match-winner for Liverpool in the match held at Anfield on Sunday, when he scored in the 89th minute, three minutes after he was involved in Andrew Robertson's own goal.
"I can tell you I am very proud today to be captain in my 100th (league) game for Liverpool. It was an emotional day because of the Hillsborough anniversary," Van Dijk was quoted as saying on the club's official website on Monday.
