Turkish states witness demonstrations against the continued Israeli war of extermination on Gaza.

The Ankara Platform for Solidarity with Palestine organized a demonstration yesterday, Sunday, in front of the US embassy to denounce Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people.

Protesters raised Palestinian and Turkish flags and banners bearing slogans such as "Free Palestine from the river to the sea," "No to American imperialism and no to the Zionist occupation," and "Gaza for the people of Gaza."

Protesters also chanted slogans such as "Down with Israel," "Here (the embassy) is a hotbed of criminals," "A thousand salutes to Hamas, Gaza, and the resistance," and "Israel is a terrorist, America is a terrorist."

Speaking on behalf of the platform, Pilot Tirjan said that the entire world is witnessing the genocide of the Palestinian people without doing anything to prevent it.

Tirjan pointed out that Israel is committing new massacres in Gaza every day and every hour.

He stressed that "the time has come to act and take the necessary steps to stop the genocide, no matter the cost."

Diyarbakir province, southeastern Türkiye, also witnessed an anti-Israel march due to the genocide it is committing against Palestinians in Gaza.

Dozens of people participated in the march, which extended from the Kayapinar district to the July 15 Martyrs' Park.

Participants in the march carried Palestinian flags and chanted slogans against Israel and the crimes it has been committing in Gaza for months.

With full American support, Israel has been committing genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, leaving more than 165,000 Palestinians dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing.
