US President Donald Trump asserted that US farmers are victims of the trade war with China, pledging to help and protect them.
Trump said, "In my first term, I made a deal that brought our farmers $28 billion, but Biden didn't implement it."
He considered that China did not respect the fraudulent Biden administration, but no one can blame him.
The US President stressed that it is "interesting that the Chinese have backed out of the Boeing deal!"
Trump's remarks came in response to China's order to its airlines not to receive any additional Boeing aircraft shipments, in retaliation for the US decision to impose tariffs on Chinese goods.
Chinese authorities have banned Chinese airlines from purchasing Boeing aircraft, equipment, and spare parts. Bloomberg also reported that China is considering providing subsidies to airlines that lease Boeing aircraft to offset rising costs.
It is noteworthy that the China Development Bank (CDB) agreed in September 2024 to purchase 50 aircraft from the American company Boeing, at a time when the American aerospace company was suffering from financial crises and labor strikes.
