Anis al-Asbahi, spokesman for the Houthi-controlled Ministry of Health, said: "The death toll has risen to six, including four children and two women. A further 16 people were injured, according to a preliminary toll, as a result of the US-led coalition's airstrike targeting a residential neighborhood in the Amin Muqbil residential city in the Al-Hawak district of Hodeidah."
Al-Asbahi added, "The death toll is likely to rise, as civil defense and ambulance teams are still working tirelessly to search for victims under the rubble and reach them."
In the capital, Sanaa, US aircraft launched a series of airstrikes targeting Mount Nuqum, which houses a Houthi camp.
Eyewitnesses told the German Press Agency (dpa) that violent explosions rocked the capital, Sanaa, after US aircraft targeted Mount Nuqum, east of Sanaa, with approximately seven airstrikes.
On Tuesday evening, the ministry announced in a statement that "four people were injured as a result of three US airstrikes targeting a farm in Dhamar Governorate (central Yemen)," adding that "among the injured is a critical case," without providing further details.
Al-Masirah TV, affiliated with the Houthis, reported that three US airstrikes targeted the communications network in the Jabal al-Shamhi area in the Ba'dan district of Ibb Governorate (north).
The channel also announced "an American aggression targeting the communications network in the Shawaba area in the Dhibin district of Amran Governorate (north)."
This morning, the group announced two US raids on Kamaran Island in Al Hudaydah Governorate, in addition to 11 raids targeting Sana'a Governorate and 9 raids on Ma'rib Governorate (central), bringing the total number of morning raids to 22.
