Sambal Bakar Indonesia is targeting a major expansion by opening 50 branches by the end of 2025, with expansion to the northern part of Sumatra Island such as Medan, Padang, and Aceh.
"We see great potential in the region and want to bring the taste of Sambal Bakar to more people," said Sambal Bakar Indonesia Founder Benjamin Master Adhisurya in a press release, Monday.
By opening many branches, Sambal Bakar Indonesia also opens up employment opportunities for local residents, where each outlet employs at least 50 to 60 employees, depending on the size and location.
Sambal Bakar Indonesia's marketing strategy focuses on strengthening the brand as a whole, with content and promotions targeting the entire branch network.
"We want to ensure that all branches benefit from our marketing efforts," said the man who is familiarly called Iben.
Sambal Bakar Indonesia itself has just opened its 27th branch in the Cikeas area, Bogor, West Java, Saturday (19/4). The branch provides a VIP room and a children's play area.
