Psychologists share how to comfortably adapt from vacation to routine



Jakarta - Adult clinical psychologist graduated from the Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia, Teresa Indira Andani, M.Psi. Psychologist, shares tips on how to adapt from vacation to a more comfortable and enjoyable routine.

The steps suggested by Teresa are TRANSITION, namely Sleep regularly, Plan, Manage expectations, Enjoy the little things, Make a schedule, Remember motivation, Set aside time, and Interact.

"Overcoming post-holiday blues is not about forcing yourself to be productive straight away, but rather giving yourself time to adapt gradually. By implementing the TRANSITION strategy, the transition from vacation to routine can be more comfortable and enjoyable," Teresa told ANTARA on Friday.
