Persebaya Surabaya coach Paul Munster was proud of his team's efforts because they were able to achieve a 1-0 victory over Madura United despite only playing with 10 players.
"I am very proud of my team, how we played until the end. We never gave up, we focused and continued to build a winning mentality," said Munster during a post-match press conference (AMPC), at the Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium (GBT) Surabaya.
According to Munster, apart from Slavko receiving a red card, his team had to play with nine to eight players for several minutes because their players were injured.
One of the players, Tumbas, even had to be rushed to hospital after the match, after his head hit Wehrmann's knee in the 90th minute.
