In a statement published on the X platform, it considered this "a crime under international law and international humanitarian law, and a flagrant violation of human rights."
The ministry said it "strongly condemns the Zionist entity's announcement to establish a voluntary transfer management agency aimed at forcibly displacing Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, and the approval of the recognition of 13 new settlements in the occupied West Bank."
The Libyan Foreign Ministry affirmed its categorical rejection of the Israeli authorities' decision to so-called "administer the voluntary transfer of the Palestinian population."
She stressed that any "departure occurring under shelling, amidst the all-out war on civilians, official Israeli statements and positions calling for displacement, obstructionist policies preventing the delivery of humanitarian aid, and the use of starvation and siege as weapons constitutes forced displacement, a crime under international law and international humanitarian law, and a flagrant violation of human rights."
In the statement, the ministry called on "the international community, led by the Security Council, to assume its legal and moral responsibility, take a firm and effective stance against these ongoing violations and systematic abuses, and take practical steps to restore the rights of the Palestinian people, foremost among them their right to self-determination and the establishment of their state."
She reiterated Libya's firm position, leadership and people, in supporting the just cause of the brotherly Palestinian people and its permanent solidarity and support for them in their legitimate struggle to achieve their freedom and independence.
Last March, the Israeli security cabinet approved the establishment of an administration to displace Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, in accordance with a proposal by US President Donald Trump.
The cabinet also approved a proposal by Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich to separate 13 settlements in the West Bank, as a prelude to recognizing their "independence."
After coming to power last January, Trump promoted a plan to displace Palestinians from Gaza to neighboring countries such as Egypt and Jordan.
