Jakarta - KAI Services is collaborating with 12 educational institutions to improve the quality of human resource (HR) recruitment through training and ensure the fulfillment of the need for quality workers in the transportation sector.
Vice President Corporate Secretary KAI Services Rachman Firhan said that his party continues to strive to improve the quality of service for train passengers, one of the strategic steps taken is to improve the competence of human resources assigned to passenger services.
"As part of this commitment, KAI Services is collaborating with various educational and training institutions to obtain trained and professional workers," said Firhan in his statement in Jakarta.
