Jakarta - Indonesian mixed doubles pair Jafar Hidayatullah/Felisha Alberta Nathaniel Pasaribu are ready to give their best in their debut at the 2025 Badminton Asia Championships (BAC) which will take place in Ningbo, China on April 8-13.
Jafar/Felisha were part of the Indonesian badminton team that departed for the Bamboo Curtain Country via Soekarno-Hatta Airport on Sunday morning WIB using Cathay Pacific Airways. For them, participating in the BAC was their first experience of appearing in the continental event.
"This is beyond our expectations and expectations to be trusted to play in BAC this quickly. We are very grateful and will try our best to answer this trust," said Felisha through a written statement from PBSI received in Jakarta, Sunday.
In line with Felisha, Jafar said he did not want to waste the opportunity. He hopes to show his best performance during the tournament.
"We also want to maximize this opportunity. We don't want to waste the trust given. Hopefully we can get the best results," said Jafar.
