Indonesian racer completes Hong Kong International Track Cup 2025.




 The Indonesian contingent completed their struggle at the 2025 Hong Kong International Track Cup held on April 18-21, 2025 in Hong Kong with a number of achievements that deserve appreciation.

In an official statement via the Indonesian Cycling Federation (ICF) Instagram account, quoted the athletes were stated to have completed all rounds of the competition with full dedication.

"The Indonesian contingent successfully completed all rounds and created unforgettable moments for our cycling journey," wrote the ICF.

During the three days of competition, a number of Indonesian athletes recorded competitive positions in various categories, although they did not succeed in reaching the podium.

On the first day, racers Vosandy D. Oetomo and M. Andy Royan competed in the Men Elite Omnium and placed 9th and 18th respectively. Dika Alif Dhentaka placed 19th in the Men Elite Keirin.

On the second day, Bernard B. Van Aert showed consistency by finishing in 10th place in the Men Elite Omnium. Andy Royan returned to the same event and finished in 11th place, followed by Terry Yudha in 21st place.

On the third day, Bernard was again at the forefront of his teammates by finishing in 13th place in the Men Elite Elimination Race. Vosandy D. Oetomo was in 15th place in the same event. Meanwhile, Dika Alif returned to appear in the Men Elite Keirin and was in 16th place.

In the Men Elite Madison team event, Bernard B. Van Aert and Terry Yudha finished 7th, marking one of Indonesia's best achievements in the event. Terry Yudha also participated in the Men Elite Scratch Race and finished 8th, while Andy Royan finished 17th in the same event.

Although it has not yet resulted in a medal, the athletes' achievements are considered part of a long-term coaching process. "This is certainly a reference for motivation to continue to be enthusiastic in making the nation proud in the future," continued the ICF statement.

The federation also expressed its high appreciation to the athletes for their hard work during the competition.
