Member of Commission VII of the House of Representatives Erna Sari Dewi encouraged ultra-micro business actors as well as small and medium business actors to take advantage of capital assistance from banks that are members of the State-Owned Banks Association .
Erna will also provide training and coaching to street vendors so that their businesses can move up a class.
"During today's recess, I immediately met with traveling traders who we then coach, so that those who previously did not have a business, can have a business and so on," he said in Bengkulu City, Monday.
According to him, the central government has budgeted Rp300 trillion to be utilized by ultra-micro to small and medium business actors throughout Indonesia.
For this reason, he will record the number of MSMEs in Bengkulu Province so that recommendations can be given to obtain assistance from Himbara Bank.
"We must first know exactly what it is like in the field, because sometimes businesses that have moved up a class still receive supermicro assistance, and there are traders who have not received any assistance at all, because they do not know how to get loans," explained Erna, who comes from the Bengkulu Electoral District (Dapil).
In addition, Erna also encouraged ultra-micro business actors in Bengkulu Province to take advantage of ultra-micro funding assistance (UMi) from the central government.
Through the assistance of the UMi program, business actors can improve their packaging and quality, so that they can upgrade their business class.
