Jakarta - Nottingham Forest player Anthony Elanga stressed his desire to continue developing after appearing as the deciding factor in his team's 1-0 victory over Manchester United (MU) at the City Ground, Wednesday WIB.
Elanga has been a key player for Forest this season, as Nuno Espirito Santo's side sit third in the table with 57 points and are in contention to secure a Champions League spot next season, eight points clear of fourth-placed Chelsea and nine clear of fifth-placed Manchester City.
"What you want to do is keep improving, coming here is about playing and improving," Elanga was quoted as saying on the Premier League's official website on Wednesday.
Asked about how he managed to score against his former team, Elanga explained, "It's about attacking the space and getting to the goal as fast as I can. I see the space and I believe I'm one of the quickest players in the league."
Now, Elanga has six goals and eight assists in the league from 30 games, 24 of which have been starts. With eight league games left, it is enough to make this the best season for the Swede.
