An expert warns of a systematic plan to empty Gaza of its population

Egyptian national security expert Mohamed Makhlouf warned of the dangers of systematic pressures on Egypt's border with the Gaza Strip due to the violent Israeli attacks on the enclave.

Makhlouf said that what is happening is not just a humanitarian scene that stirs emotions, but rather a deliberate plan aimed at exploiting Egyptian sympathy to impose a permanent reality of receiving millions of Palestinians from Gaza, not as temporary refugees, but as part of a disguised displacement that threatens the unity of the Palestinian territories and Egypt's national security.

Speaking to RT, Makhlouf explained that every war has its victims, but the most dangerous thing isn't the blood, but the images being used as a pressure tool. He emphasized that what's happening now is an attempt to push Egypt into emotional surrender under the weight of the painful scenes, but "any response to this pressure will be the beginning of the downfall."

He added that allowing such a move would open the door to its repetition, warning that "Egypt is not an alternative land, and Sinai is not a camp for displaced persons." This was in response to US President Donald Trump's plan to displace Palestinians from the Gaza Strip to Egypt and the systematic Israeli attack on Gaza's residents to implement this plan and push Palestinians to leave their lands.

The security expert pointed out that the primary goal of these pressures is to empty Gaza of its residents in preparation for their replacement, in what he described as "disguised displacement." He emphasized that the greatest sin Egypt could commit would be to participate—even with good intentions—in a historic crime that will remain an indelible stain of shame.

Makhlouf called on every Egyptian citizen to be aware of the dangers of this "emotional blackmail," emphasizing that preserving the nation's soil begins with rejecting such schemes.

He concluded his remarks by emphasizing that "Sinai is not for sale, Gaza is not for deportation, and Egypt is not a gateway for displacement!" urging Egyptians to adopt this stance as their first line of defense for the nation.
