Barslavsky, 21, from Jerusalem, held the Israeli Prime Minister responsible for not releasing him in a prisoner exchange deal with the Palestinian resistance, saying, "My blood is on your neck, Netanyahu." He confirmed that bombs are falling daily in the Gaza Strip, warning that one of them might fall on his head. He added, "Gaza is destroyed, and nothing is left of it at all." He called on Netanyahu to stop the war, which he described as "stupid," in order to return the prisoners held in Gaza, noting that the alternative is to continue a war that "will not bring anyone back, and will only bring death, pain, and blood."

Barslavsky sent a message to Netanyahu stating that "not a single prisoner remains under military pressure," stressing that "there is no chance in this world that will free him from captivity through military pressure." He urged him to stop lying. He also warned him against launching a military operation under the pretext of recovering the prisoners, revealing that Al-Quds Brigades fighters would blow up the site as soon as they learned of the presence of Israeli military forces.

He also pleaded with Netanyahu, demanding that he conclude a swap deal. Barslavsky denounced the Israeli government's focus on the release of US soldier Alexander Idan, asking: "Who is he? Is he better than me? I am not a Category Z kidnapper."

He revealed that he voted in the last election for Ben-Gvir, who later assumed the position of Minister of National Security, "not to let him die in Gaza." He appealed to US President Donald Trump to work to release prisoners, questioning his promises to release Israeli detainees immediately upon assuming office. He also expressed his dismay at his failure to issue orders to halt the war.

Barslavsky highlighted the suffering of Israeli prisoners in Gaza, saying that for a year and a half he has been living in "endless hell and pain," which are renewed daily due to the lack of food and drink. He said that his health and physical condition are "difficult and unimaginable," noting that red spots have spread across his body, and that he scratches his skin daily without knowing what disease he is suffering from. He revealed that he sleeps with mice and insects crawling over his head and feet.
