The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that 60 martyrs and 162 wounded arrived at hospitals in the Strip within 24 hours as a result of the ongoing Israeli bombardment, bringing the Palestinian death toll to "1,309 martyrs and 3,184 wounded" since Israel resumed its genocide on March 18, and "50,669 martyrs and 115,225 wounded" since October 7, 2023.

Meanwhile, medical sources announced the deaths of 10 Palestinians in ongoing Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip since dawn today. In the latest raid, local sources reported the death of a Palestinian in an Israeli shelling targeting displaced persons on Al-Muntar Street in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City.

A medical source also said that two Palestinians were killed in an Israeli bombardment targeting a gathering of civilians in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood. Eyewitnesses indicated that the Israeli occupation army continued to demolish residential buildings in the western part of the city as part of its ongoing military operation in the Tel al-Sultan neighborhood since March 23, encircling the area with the aim of deepening its control and "expanding the security buffer zone" there.

In the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, local sources reported the death of a Palestinian woman in an Israeli bombardment. In the southern Gaza Strip, Palestinian media reported heavy Israeli shelling of the town of Abasan al-Kabira, east of the southern city of Khan Yunis.

Early Saturday morning, a medical source said that three Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a food distribution center in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip. The source added that a Palestinian man was killed and his wife and child were injured in the bombing of a residential apartment in central Khan Yunis.

Eyewitnesses said that Israeli artillery shelled the eastern areas of Khan Yunis. In Rafah, a medical source said that a Palestinian was killed and others were injured in a shelling that targeted a house in the Miraj area, northeast of the city.

On Friday, the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that Israeli warplanes bombed an area near the Tiberias Water Station in the Mawasi area of ​​Khan Yunis, killing two Palestinians. A Palestinian was also killed and two others were injured when the Israeli occupation targeted a bicycle in the same area. Artillery also shelled the eastern and southern areas of Khan Yunis.

In Gaza, two Palestinians were killed and others wounded when the occupation forces bombed a tent for displaced people in the Sheikh Ajlin neighborhood, southwest of the city. Medical sources reported that 38 Palestinians were killed in the Gaza Strip, including 30 in the southern part of the strip, as a result of the ongoing Israeli bombardment throughout Friday.
