According to medical sources, one of the airstrikes targeted the Qudaih family's home in the town of Khuza'a, east of Khan Yunis, killing five family members.
Hours later, a drone strike on a civilian gathering in the same town killed a sixth Palestinian and injured others.
In this context, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Monday that the death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 50,983 martyrs and 116,274 wounded since October 7, 2023.
According to the ministry's daily report: "39 martyrs arrived at Gaza Strip hospitals, including 38 new martyrs, and one martyr was recovered, in addition to 118 injured people, during the past 24 hours."

The ministry also announced that "the death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 50,983 martyrs and 116,274 wounded since October 7, 2023."
She pointed out that "a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the streets, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them."
In this context, a Palestinian medical official said on Monday that the destroyed Al-Shifa Hospital has become the primary destination for those wounded in Israeli airstrikes on Gaza City, after Israel bombed the Baptist Hospital.
Director of Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City, Mohammed Abu Salmiya, stated that "Al-Shifa Hospital has become the primary hospital receiving the wounded and sick after Israel bombed the Baptist Hospital at dawn on Sunday, destroying large parts of it and putting it out of service."
Abu Salmiya added, "Al-Shifa Hospital is currently operating after partial restoration, at a capacity that does not exceed 25 percent of what it was before the occupation army entered the hospital and destroyed it in March 2024."
He continued, "In addition to Al-Shifa Hospital, there is also the Al-Quds Hospital, affiliated with the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, in southern Gaza, and the Red Crescent Hospital in Saraya Square in the city center. Both have limited capabilities and cannot handle the large numbers of wounded and sick people."
Hell on Earth
For his part, the Director-General of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Pierre Krähenbühl, described the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip as "hell on earth," stressing that the current conditions are "completely unbearable."
In a statement to Anadolu Agency during the Antalya Diplomatic Forum in Turkey, Krähenbühl pointed to the direct targeting of the committee's offices by tank shelling on March 24, resulting in the deaths of several humanitarian workers.
