Jakarta - Gaming company Ubisoft announced that the new game titled "Assassin's Creed Shadows" which they released on Thursday (20/3) has been played by two million players to date.
According to Engadget's Saturday post , "Assassin's Creed Shadows" was originally scheduled to be released last fall, but the launch was delayed twice as the developer wanted to refine the game and make sure everything was running smoothly at launch.
Ubisoft stated that the launch of Shadows has surpassed the achievements of its predecessors, "Assassin's Creed Origins" and "Assassin's Creed Odyssey."
"Assassin's Creed Shadows" is available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Ubisoft+, Amazon Luna, Mac, and PC, and is expected to come to iPad in the future.
Set in 16th century Japan, the game features two main playable protagonists, a female ninja named Naoe and a black-skinned samurai named Yasuke.
