Jakarta - Telkomsel Network Director Indra Mardiatna reminded customers to implement the two-factor authentication security method to prevent fraud that may arise during the month of Ramadan.
"Activate two-factor authentication. That's one thing that can be done apart from the system. Because it can also protect, for example, the email," said Indra in Jakarta, Tuesday.
Indra said, in addition to relying on systems and networks, his party also actively reminds customers to always be alert to various forms of fraud that can arise through social engineering or other methods.
Indra emphasized that network and customer security is a shared responsibility. Telkomsel, he said, has also taken a number of steps to prevent fraud.
The steps taken involve cooperation with the Ministry of Communications and Digital and the implementation of various preventive measures.
