Jakarta - Changes in nighttime activity patterns and sleep times during fasting during the month of Ramadan, if not managed properly, can make the body feel weak and lacking in energy during the day and evening.
In addition to meeting the body's nutritional and fluid needs by consuming balanced nutritious food and drinking enough during sahur and breaking the fast, developing good sleeping habits is also important to maintain physical fitness during fasting.
"Building good sleeping habits for a month is very beneficial so that the body gets used to the rhythm," fitness trainer Melita Mutia told ANTARA in Jakarta, Tuesday.
