Ragnar Oratmangoen is happy to return to Indonesia during Ramadan

Jakarta - Indonesian national team player Ragnar Oratmangoen said he was happy to return to Indonesia during the 2025 Ramadan, after enjoying his first fasting here last year.

Ragnar's first Ramadan in Indonesia was in March last year during the second round of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Vietnam. Now, he is back in his homeland in the holy month when Indonesia hosts Bahrain in the continuation of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium (SUGBK), Tuesday.

"I feel good, happy to be together with other friends in the month of Ramadan. So it's easier," said Ragnar when met by media crew at SUGBK, Tuesday.

The match against Bahrain was Ragnar's first match under new coach Patrick Kluivert after he missed the match against Australia at the Sydney Football Stadium on Thursday (20/3) due to an accumulation of yellow cards.
