Psychologists share tips for maintaining mental health during Ramadan


Jakarta - A psychologist who graduated from the University of Indonesia , Nurul Adiningtyas, MPsi, shared a number of tips that can help maintain physical and mental balance during the month of Ramadan so that it does not interfere with fasting.

"The holy month of Ramadan is a time full of blessings, but it can also be a challenge for many people, especially in maintaining mental health," Nurul said in a webinar monitored in Jakarta, Wednesday.

Nurul emphasized the importance of maintaining physical health by consuming healthy foods, which are considered to be able to influence mood.

He said the right nutritious food can help maintain emotions and improve mental health.
