Jakarta - Central Jakarta Metro Police have arrested 25 teenagers suspected of being members of a motorcycle gang during an illegal convoy while unfurling the flag that identifies them.
"We will not allow motorcycle gang actions that have the potential to disrupt security," said Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Pol Susatyo Purnomo Condro in a statement received in Jakarta, Saturday.
According to him, officers secured 25 teenagers involved in the illegal convoy on Jalan Benyamin Sueb, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. In addition, the police also confiscated 17 motorcycles, three group flags, and two ready-to-explode firecrackers.
