Jakarta - Nutritionist Dr. dr. Luciana B. Sutanto, MS. SpGK shares tips on storing and heating sahur food to keep it safe to consume and maintain food quality.

Luciana said that preparing sahur food the night before and reheating it in the morning is a practical method for many people.
