National Police Chief: Ramadhan Safari strengthens synergy between TNI-Polri, clerics, community

Jakarta - National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo attended the Ramadan safari activity held at the Yogyakarta Special Region Regional Police on Friday (28/3) evening.

"Alhamdulillah, today we can carry out Ramadan safari activities at the Yogyakarta Regional Police Headquarters," said Sigit in a written statement received by ANTARA in Jakarta, Saturday.

Sigit hopes that this activity will also strengthen the synergy of the TNI-Polri, clerics, and the community. In addition, it is hoped that the moment of togetherness will also strengthen cooperation in the midst of the 2025 Eid homecoming period.

"We hope that the synergy will continue to strengthen between the Police and the TNI and religious figures and the community. We hope that this activity will bring benefits and increase the synergy between the TNI-Polri and the community, the umara, and the ulama," he said.

The Ramadhan Safari was also filled with breaking the fast together. Before the breaking of the fast together, the activity was filled with a sermon from a Nahdlatul Ulama cleric, KH Ahmad Mufawif (Gus Muwafiq).
