Jakarta - Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas Maruarar Sirait is ready to launch a complaint service in the housing sector for the public.
"We will launch soon, if abroad there is something called a 911 complaint service, we will create a complaint service in the housing sector," said Ara in Legok, Tangerang Regency, Banten on Saturday.
The establishment of the complaint service was motivated by the high number of complaints from the public in the housing sector.
