Minister of Health Regulation 2/2025 special efforts to expand access to health for women

Jakarta - The Ministry of Health stated that the Minister of Health Regulation Number 2 of 2025 concerning the Implementation of Reproductive Health Efforts is a special effort to improve access to health for women throughout the life cycle, especially in terms of reproduction. TheDirector General of Public Health of the Ministry of Health Maria Endang Sumiwi said at the National Women's Conference in Jakarta, Tuesday, that this Minister of Health Regulation includes prevention and handling of sexual violence, abortion services based on indications, elimination of female circumcision practices, and increasing access to reproductive health services for vulnerable groups.
