Member of Commission VII DPR said there is tax relief for UD Pramono

Boyolali - Member of Commission VII of the Indonesian House of Representatives Muhammad Hatta said that there is relief for the tax problems faced by milk collector UD Pramono from Boyolali, Central Java.

On his arrival in Boyolali, Thursday, he said that tax issues had been discussed with the Directorate General of Taxes.

"I have met twice with Mr. Suryo Utomo (Director General of Taxes at the Ministry of Finance), thank God he gave a relief of around Rp. 200 million. From Rp. 600 million, it finally became Rp. 400 million," he said.

According to the member of the DPR who oversees industry, MSMEs, creative economy, tourism, and publication facilities, the realization of this relief will be carried out in the near future.

Regarding the tax problems faced by UD Pramono, according to him, there must be a special solution for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) so that the taxes paid are not too large.

"So it's a continuous carry over, several years of carry over and then at the end it's billed. This is what is considered burdensome for MSMEs," he said.

However, he is grateful because UD Pramono's tax arrears last year have been paid Rp160 million from the previous initial bill of Rp671 million.
