Jakarta - McDonald's Indonesia, under the ownership of PT Rekso Nasional Food, provides BPJS Ketenagakerjaan facilities that offer Work Accident Insurance and Death Insurance protection to 68 farmer partners from Garut and Cianjur, West Java as a commitment to supporting the empowerment of local farmers.
"In line with the spirit of 'From Indonesia for Indonesia' that we carry, McDonald's Indonesia consistently empowers economic sustainability by partnering with domestic suppliers. Currently, around 75 percent of the raw materials used by McDonald's Indonesia are sourced from local supplier partners, including chicken, vegetables, eggs, rice, chilies, and cooking oil," said Supply Chain & Quality Assurance Director of PT Rekso Nasional Food Ronni Rombe, in a press statement received on Wednesday (13/3).
