Government requires PSE to classify services to protect children

    

Jakarta - The government through the Ministry of Communication and Digital requires Electronic System Providers including digital platforms, to classify their services so as to optimally protect children in cyberspace.

The Director General of Public Communication and Media of the Ministry of Communication and Digital Economy, Fifi Aleyda Yahya, stated that the obligation to classify services will be carried out based on the level of risk for children and this provision will be included in the regulations currently being prepared by the Ministry of Communication and Digital Economy.
