Jakarta - PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk recorded that around 25 thousand passengers began to return home from Jakarta during the transportation period D-10 and D-9 of Eid al-Fitr 2025/1446 Hijriah.
"Garuda Indonesia recorded the movement of 25 thousand passengers leaving Jakarta this weekend or D-9 and D-10 of Eid," said Head of Corporate Communications Garuda Indonesia Dicky Irchamsyah when contacted in Jakarta, Sunday.
Dicky said that on the weekend of Saturday (22/3) and Sunday (23/3) it is estimated that the movement of Garuda Indonesia passengers from Jakarta will reach at least 25 thousand passengers.
According to him, the number grew by about 21 percent from the passenger traffic record the previous weekend. However, he did not mention the number of passengers of the airline the previous week.
