Jakarta - PT Frisian Flag Indonesia has launched the latest innovation in cheese products, by developing block cheddar cheese and Hokkaido Cheese, a sweetened condensed liquid cheese.
By utilizing the expertise and technology owned by its parent company, FrieslandCampina, FFI is confident that it can present high-quality cheese products that are loved by the Indonesian people.
"We see great potential in the cheese market in Indonesia," said Corporate Affairs Director of PT Frisian Flag Indonesia Andrew F. Saputro during the launch of cheddar block cheese and Hokkaido Cheese sweetened condensed liquid cheese products in Jakarta, Tuesday.
The move marks a new chapter in FFI's 100-year journey in Indonesia, which has had a reputation as a producer of nutritious, delicious powdered milk, UHT milk and condensed milk, which began its presence in Indonesia in 1922 by importing products under the Frische Vlag brand.
