Jakarta - The DKI Jakarta Education Office appreciates Perumda PAM Jaya which has provided " water purifiers " or drinking water filters in a number of schools.
Acting Head of the DKI Jakarta Education Office, Sarjoko, said that the " water purifier " is very beneficial in meeting the drinking water needs of students and teachers.
"They no longer need to buy bottled drinking water. They can save their pocket money to save," he said in his statement in Jakarta, Saturday.
This was conveyed when opening the Environmental Discussion in the Framework of World Water Day entitled "Nature Conservation and Mitigation of Clean/Drinking Water Crisis" in Jakarta.
He said that with the presence of the " water purifier " it can also reduce waste from consuming bottled drinking water so that the cleanliness of the school environment can also be better maintained.
