Central Jakarta Police arrest repeat motorcycle thief who is back in action

Jakarta - The Central Jakarta Metro Police arrested a repeat motor vehicle thief after being caught by residents in the act of stealing another motorbike.

"Two perpetrators were arrested, one DA (28) who is a repeat offender, and the other RR (19)," said Kemayoran Police Chief, Central Jakarta Metro Police, Commissioner Agung Ardiansyah in Jakarta, Friday.
