Bung Kusnaeni asked to forget Indonesia's chances of qualifying directly

 

Jakarta - Football observer Mohammad Kusnaeni asked the Indonesian national team to forget about the opportunity to qualify for the 2026 World Cup directly (ranked 1 and 2) after suffering a 1-5 defeat to Australia in the third round of the Group C qualifying round at the Sydney Football Stadium, Thursday.

"Forget the chance to qualify directly. Australia will accompany Japan to the World Cup as the group runner-up," Kusnaeni said when contacted by ANTARA in Jakarta, Friday.
