Solo - The longest breaking of the fast together held in Solo, Central Java, Friday, succeeded in breaking the Indonesian Record Museum .
Head of MURI Central Java Ani Andriani said on the sidelines of the event that the length of the breaking of the fast together held at the Manahan Stadium Complex reached 2.8 kilometers.
He said that initially the committee said the length of the joint breaking of the fast was 2.7 km, but after calculating it, it turned out to be 2.8 km.
"We assessed it by calculating the circumference of Manahan and inside the stadium," he said.
He said this record beat the previous record, precisely in 2024 in Makassar with a length of breaking the fast together of 2.14 km.
Furthermore, the award was presented by MURI to representatives of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Surakarta City Government, and Al-Madinah as the organizer.
