Jakarta - PT Blue Bird Tbk recorded revenues in 2024 reaching IDR 5.04 trillion, driven by expansion and diversification of business services, increasing demand, and technology optimization.
"Revenue of IDR 5.04 trillion in 2024, indicating a growth of 14 percent compared to the previous year (2023). This result indicates the Company's consistency in maintaining double- digit growth for three consecutive years," said PT Bluebird President Director Adrianto Djokosoetono in a statement in Jakarta, Thursday.
He said, in terms of profitability, his party recorded ebitda of Rp1.2 trillion or grew 9 percent year on year (yoy). The positive record is in line with the increase in the company's net profit which reached Rp593 billion or increased 28 percent yoy.
In line with the transformation into a mobility as a service company, the company's positive record is also accompanied by an increase in the contribution of taxi and non-taxi services such as rental, bus, shuttle, and other services.
Taxi service segment revenue increased by 12 percent, while rental, bus, shuttle and other service revenue increased by 19 percent.
This was driven by the addition of around 1,200 new fleets across all service segments, bringing the total operating fleet to more than 24,000 units, including the Premium Cititrans Busline Intercity Interprovincial Transportation (AKAP) mobility service which was launched in early 2024.
Andra, the nickname of PT Bluebird President Director Adrianto Djokosoetono, said that the increase in performance was in line with Bluebird's strategy to maintain relevance with consumers.
