Jakarta - PT Bank Mega Tbk through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved a dividend of IDR 1.05 trillion or around 40 percent of the 2024 net profit which will be distributed to shareholders in accordance with applicable provisions.
The AGM, led by Bank Mega Independent Commissioner Achjadi Ranuwisastra, also agreed to use net profit of IDR 1.58 trillion to be recorded as retained earnings and the remainder will be set aside as reserve funds to fulfill the provisions of Article 70 of the Law on Limited Liability Companies (UUPT).
Bank Mega Corporate Secretary Christiana M Damanik through an official statement in Jakarta, Thursday, said that the meeting also provided approval and ratification of the Company's Annual Report for the Fiscal Year ending on December 31, 2024. Meanwhile, in 2024, Bank Mega posted a net profit (PAT) of IDR 2.63 trillion.
In addition, the Bank Mega AGM approved the resignation of Lay Diza Larentie as Deputy President Director of the Company and C Guntur Triyudianto as Director of the Company since the closing of the AGM, and appointed Heriwan Gazali as Director of the Company.
