Jakarta - Apple is facing a lawsuit in a United States federal court over alleged false advertising regarding its pending Apple Intelligence feature.
As reported by Tech Crunch, Friday, this lawsuit was filed on Wednesday (19/3) in the US District Court in San Jose and aims to obtain class action status and compensation for those who have purchased iPhones and other devices that are supposed to support Apple Intelligence.
The plaintiffs claim that device owners have not received the promised Apple Intelligence features.
“Apple’s advertising (created) a clear and reasonable consumer expectation that these transformative features would be available upon the release of the iPhone,” the lawsuit filed by attorneys for the plaintiffs says.
