Jakarta - Eid for Indonesians is now not only synonymous with going home for Eid, but also a momentum to travel and enjoy culinary experiences, as revealed by the travel platform Traveloka.
Traveloka President Caesar Indra said the latest data shows that 42 percent of Indonesians have planned trips during the Eid holiday, both domestic and international, to gather with family and also enjoy a pleasant holiday.
Meanwhile, Caesar continued in his statement in Jakarta, Friday, as many as 45 percent of tourists make culinary exploration a priority during the Eid holiday, starting from enjoying their favorite culinary specialties in their hometowns to trying popular restaurants and trendy street food.
"Currently, people are more careful in planning their Eid holidays, one of which is by combining traditions and flexible holidays according to their preferences," he said.
