Jakarta - Prawira Bandung basketball player Yudha Saputera said the 86-68 victory against Bali United Basketball, at the GOR Purna Krida, Bali, Wednesday (12/2) night, was very important to boost the team's mentality, before the competition break due to the 2025 FIBA Asia Cup international tournament.
According to him, the victory was proof of his team's solid performance, so they have time to continue improving after the break.
"We performed solidly even though we had difficulties at the start, so this is a very important win for us before the break because there is an international tournament," said Yudha on the IBL website as quoted by ANTARA in Jakarta, Thursday.
He explained that the victory for the squad coached by I Gusti Rusta Wijaya was difficult to achieve, but all the players played optimally, so they were able to get perfect points again.
"Of course we are very happy to be able to win again, we were able to bounce back from the last defeat in Solo (against Kesatria Bengawan Solo)," said the mainstay guard of Prawira and the Indonesian national basketball team.
