Jakarta - The first padel tournament will be held in Bandung City, West Java with a competition titled BDG's 1st Invitational Padel Tournament with the theme "Unusual".
"We are very enthusiastic about bringing this tournament to Bandung. This is the first step towards the growth of the padel community in the country," said the representative of the organizer from Kapan Padel, Prima, in an official statement in Jakarta, Friday.
Prima said the popularity of padel sports continues to increase in Indonesia, so the event is expected to not only be a competition event, but also a forum to strengthen relationships between communities that love this sport.
The tournament, which will take place at the Padel Culture Club, Bandung on February 8, 2025, is also real evidence of the development of padel sports in Indonesia.
