Jakarta - Emily Ho, a nutrition professor and director of the Linus Pauling Institute at Oregon State University, said that lemon water does provide healthy and refreshing benefits to start the day, but there has not been much evidence regarding the benefits of lemon water.
On social media, many people also claim that warm lemon water has the benefits of burning lots of calories, being more hydrated, having good digestion and a better immune system.
Written on the Channel News Asia page, Sunday (9/2), Ho said several facts need to be corrected regarding the consumption of lemon water.
1. Hydration
