Jakarta - PSSI announced the members of the Indonesian national team squad to compete in the U-20 Asian Cup which will be held in China in mid-February.
A total of 23 players are included in the squad under Coach Indra Sjafri in the biennial continental level event.
Several regular names in the national age group team such as Dony Tri Pamungkas, Sulthan Zaki, Kadek Arel, and Muhammad Iqbal Gwijangge are again trusted to defend the U-20 national team.
In addition to players competing in Indonesia, Indra also called up a number of players based abroad, namely Welber Jardim, Marselinus Ama Ola, and Jens Raven.
League 2 club, Bhayangkara FC, is the largest contributor of players for the U-20 national team by contributing three players, namely Fandi Bagus, Evanda Florasta, and Muhammad Ragil.
