Jakarta - Deputy for Dissemination and Information Media of the Presidential Communication Office (PCO) Noudhy Valdryno emphasized the importance of an adaptive and progressive technology policy framework in dealing with developments in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and other digital technologies.
Noudhy highlighted how technology continues to develop rapidly and the need for governments to adjust regulations so as not to be left behind.
"Our policy framework is becoming more progressive, meaning that if we make a policy in 2025, don't let the technology suddenly be there in 2045. We want our policy framework to continue to be progressive," Noudhy said in a media discussion in Central Jakarta, Monday.
