Jakarta - Minister of Culture Fadli Zon said that his party is preparing a program to develop and build human resource capacity for the younger generation in the film sector.
"Yes, that's what I said earlier, talent management. We do have a directorate and there are programs, there are activities. So from there we will make efforts for capacity building and also for the new generation, the millennial generation, the new generation in film," he said when met in Jakarta, Thursday.
In the program, he said, participants will also learn how to write film scripts so that they can play a role in the world of film so that there are no obstacles in the development of the domestic film industry.
