Lemigas ensures fuel quality at gas stations meets standards

Jakarta - The Oil and Gas Testing Center has confirmed that all samples of gasoline fuel at public fuel filling stations that were tested met the specifications set by the government.

"The results of the Lemigas laboratory tests show that all the fuel samples examined are within the required quality limits said Lemigas Head Mustafid Gunawan in Jakarta, Friday.

The results of the fuel quality test were released after Commission XII of the DPR conducted a surprise inspection at the Shell gas station and Pertamina gas station in Cibubur, East Jakarta, Thursday (27/2). The inspection was led by Deputy Chairman of Commission XII of the DPR RI Bambang Haryadi.

However, Lemigas explained that the samples tested did not only come from gas stations in Cibubur.
