Jakarta - The Jakarta Retired Officials Forum (FPP) planted various tree seedlings at the Karian La Tansa Tourism Islamic Boarding School, Lebak, Banten Province.
"The tree planting activity at the Karian La Tansa Tourism Boarding School aims to establish ties with the buffer areas towards agglomeration," said FPP DKI Jakarta General Chairperson Syahrul Effendi in an official statement in Jakarta, Saturday.
Syahrul said that this social solidarity activity for environmental preservation was a collaboration with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, Chery electric cars, the Benyamin Suaeb Foundation and the La Tansa Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes), Lebak, Banten.
The planting location is located at the Karian La Tansa Tourism Boarding School which has been consulted with agricultural and fisheries experts for planting standards and tree care and fish release.
A number of seedlings have also been prepared, namely 200 durian seedlings and around 100 seedlings of Betawi-style productive plants as a symbol of cooperation in starting the agglomeration.
