Jakarta - Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital , Nezar Patria explained what challenges need to be anticipated, especially ethics in artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
At least, he explained, there are seven ethical challenges in AI technology that need to be anticipated. One of them is bias and discrimination.
"Because AI uses data, and this data processing is carried out or prepared by a foundation model, which contains certain algorithms and the compilation of these algorithms is sometimes also not free from the bias of its developers," said Nezar in his remarks at the Tech & Telco Summit 2025 event in Jakarta, Friday.
