Jakarta - Minister of National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Agency (PPN/Bappenas) Rachmat Pambudy emphasized that economic transformation is an urgent need for Indonesia to escape the middle-class income trap and achieve high-income country status.
"For the past two decades, Indonesia's economic growth has stagnated at around 5 percent, hampering our efforts to achieve high-income country status.
